Guelhanepark Hotel & Spa Istanbul, Istanbul

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, I appreciated the strategic location and the spaciousness of my room. On the other hand, the service was disappointing, particularly with the reception staff's rude behavior. The ambiance was decent, but it could have been more inviting. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager left me quite shocked, overshadowing some of the positives.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location allowed me to easily explore major attractions, and the staff was always there to lend a hand. I particularly enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast, though the Wi-Fi could be improved. The comfortable rooms made my return after a long day of sightseeing a pleasure, and overall, it was excellent value for money.
